By visiting UniPortal AI, joining our waitlist, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

UniPortal AI provides AI-powered education discovery tools including school matchmaking, college recommendations, coaching finder, course advisory, career guidance and related services.

UniPortal AI is an extension of UniPortal.in — India's premium school discovery platform. References to institutional data, rankings and comparisons may draw from UniPortal's verified database and publicly available sources.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use UniPortal AI. Users under 18 should use the platform under parental or guardian supervision. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Many UniPortal AI products are marked as Coming Soon, In Development or Planned. Features, interfaces and availability may change without prior notice during the early access and beta phases.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. We reserve the right to manage rollout timing and eligibility at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or extract our AI models or proprietary data
• Submit false, misleading or impersonated information
• Interfere with platform security, performance or other users' access
• Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission

AI-generated recommendations, match scores and insights are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional counselling, admission guarantees or financial advice.

UniPortal AI uses algorithmic analysis based on available data. Results may not reflect the most current institutional policies, fees or admission criteria. Always verify information directly with schools, colleges and relevant authorities before making decisions.

Institutional profiles, fee structures, rankings, contact details and facilities displayed on or referenced by UniPortal AI may be sourced from UniPortal.in, public records and third-party databases.

While we strive for accuracy and regular updates, information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. UniPortal and UniPortal AI are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of platform content.

Institutions may request corrections by contacting info.uniportal@zohomail.in.

All content on UniPortal AI — including text, graphics, logos, software, AI models and design — is owned by or licensed to UniPortal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The UniPortal name, logo and branding may not be used without prior written authorization.

Our platform may link to third-party websites including uniportal.in, institution websites and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniPortal AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to admission outcomes, financial losses or reliance on AI recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniPortal AI, its team and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to UniPortal AI at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons, without prior notice where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of UniPortal AI after changes constitutes acceptance.
